ESL One Cologne was a massive success, with the event having pushed CS:GO's records of concurrent viewers and players to 409,368 and 277,192, respectively. When compared the EMS One Katowice, ESL's previous $250,000 major, there was a 62 per cent growth in terms of viewership peak and a 117 per cent growth in the number of total stream hours that were watched.
